About The Author

RADHA MOHAN former Professor of Education and Head of School of Ethics, Governance, Culture and Social Systems, Ernakulum, Kerala. Earlier, she was Principal at Rajalakshmi College of Education, Chennai and Reader at Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai. Dr. Radha Mohan has extensive teaching and training experience, having conducted workshops in different aspects of teaching and evaluation, besides guiding research. Dr. Radha Mohan has authored several books on Education, Research Methods and Teaching, which have been widely appreciated by the teaching community. A passionate researcher in the field of teacher education, she has published papers in many reputed journals. Dr. Radha Mohan is a much sought-after research guide and is currently engaged in developing a Happiness Curriculum for teacher trainees.|SUNANDA GHOSH, PhD (Education), is former Principal, and Professor of Education, Stella Matutina College of Education, Chennai. With more than four decades of teaching experience, Dr. Ghosh has acquired a deep insight into the subject, and is working as a guest faculty for MAC College of Nursing. She has published several articles on Education in national journals, and has been awarded gold medals for her creative writings.
