NISIT K. DE, PhD, formerly Professor at IIT Kharagpur (1968–2007), is presently Visiting Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Narula Institute of Technology, Kolkata. With several papers to his credit in national and international journals.|SWAPAN K. DUTTA, PhD, is Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. A gold medalist in B.E. (Electrical) in 1981, Professor Dutta has more than 30 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has published several papers in national and international journals.
