Nach dem Abitur folgte eine Ausbildung zur Einzelhandelskauffrau, heute verdient sie ihre Brötchen als kaufmännische Angestellte eines großen Unternehmens in Düsseldorf. Schon als Kind hat sie stets Geschichten erfunden und aufgeschrieben, und bis heute ist ein Leben ohne Bücher für sie undenkbar. Ihre zweite große Leidenschaft - das Reisen - wurde ihr praktisch mit der Geburt in die Wiege gelegt. Ihre beiden liebsten Hobbies verbindet sie nun, indem sie ihre gefühlvollen Geschichten in fernen Ländern ansiedelt und Leser auf diese Art an einige der interessantesten Orte der Welt entführt.
