Two young friends, Carly and Savannah, experience the fullness of life by exploring nature on Snow Pond and celebrating friendship by creating a friendship garden. Montini-Mosca, Gina: - Gina Montini Mosca LCSW, ACHP-SW is a Hospice and Palliative Social Worker. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the Medical Social Work field. A Master's prepared clinician, she has supported individuals and families facing End-of-Life challenges in hospitals, community cancer centers, extended care facilities and community- based Hospice and Palliative Care programs. Gina has worked extensively with families and has facilitated Tender Living Care support groups for children with critically ill family members as well as HEALS (Hospice Expressive Arts Loss Support) bereavement groups. An avid nature lover, she helped her four bereaved children through the grieving process by immersion in the great outdoors and fostering a spiritual connection to all living things. She lives in central Maine with her husband and four children. 100 Percent of the Author's proceeds will be donated to the Maine Children's Cancer Program to assist children affected by cancer.

Wilkie, Sarah T.: - Sarah Wilkie, is an artist and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). She graduated with a bachelor's in Art Therapy. She also completed a dual master's degree program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. Through her graduate education, Sarah facilitated trauma workshops with refugees at the Center for Grieving Children in Portland, ME with the focus on processing emotions and talking through difficult topics such as racism in the schools (and out in the world), bullying, anger, fear and then topics of community, hope, coming together. Her current work and research in the field of art therapy focuses on the benefits of community art making. Passionate about art making, her work as an artist can be summed up as an exploration of various existential themes that she has encountered throughout her lifetime, with raw expression being her main goal. Sarah enjoys working in all media, but specializes in painting, mixed media, and ceramics. As an intuitive artist, Sarah is passionate about sharing her love of self-expression through the arts and enjoys cultivating a fun, creative environment in which others can freely express themselves as well.
