Microfinance India: State of the Sector Report 2010 presents the growth of the microfinance sector in India in its entirety. N Srinivasan has been involved with the Development Finance and Rural Development sectors for three decades. He has been associated with several policy and strategy initiatives during his tenure with the RBI and NABARD, of which he was Chief General Manager for seven years. He has also authored the Microfinance India: State of the Sector Report 2008 and 2009 brought out by ACCESS Development Services and published by SAGE Publications. He is presently a leading consultant engaged with the World Bank, CGAP, IFAD, ADB, UNDP, UNOPS, GTZ, Microsave and the Government of India. As an advisor, he is on the boards of institutions in the microfinance sector in India and abroad in various capacities such as trustee and director.
