The book has been designed for students preparing for UGC-NET/SLET in the subject of Education. This second edition has been thoroughly revised, updated and sufficiently enlarged. A large number of questions have been added in each chapter. Three sets each of Model Test Papers, Paper II and Paper III have been added. Previous Years Papers (December 2012) in Paper II and Paper III, with answers, have been included to give the students a feel of what type of questions are asked in the examination. • Manpreet Kaur is M.A., M.Phil in Political Science. She cleared her M.Phil in first division from Vinayaka Mission University. She also holds B.Ed. degree in first division from National College of Education. She is doing Ph.D. on “Violence Against Women” from IGNOU.
