Pachauri, Anupam: - Anupam Pachauri is Assistant Professor at the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education at the National University of Educational Planning and Administration. At CPRHE, she leads a national research project 'Quality of Higher Education in India--A Study of External and Internal Quality Assurance at the Institutional Level'.
Varghese, N. V.: - N. V. Varghese is Vice Chancellor, National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) and also the founding director of the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education (CPRHE) at NIEPA. Formerly, he was the Head, Governance and Management of Education, International Institute of Educational Planning (IIEP/ UNESCO), Paris.
