Les r�sultats obtenus ont �t� mis en relation avec les connaissances th�oriques, ce qui a permis de d�finir des mesures et des recommandations d'action � l'intention des directions d'�cole pour la mise en place et le d�veloppement de communaut�s d'apprentissage professionnelles.
