Mason, Charlotte: - Charlotte Mason (1842-1923) was a British educator and reformer whose ideas helped shape modern approaches to homeschooling and child-centred education. She founded the Parents' National Educational Union (PNEU) and devoted her career to developing methods that encouraged intellectual curiosity, moral development, and lifelong learning.Mason believed that children should encounter great ideas through literature, history, science, and the arts rather than through simplified textbooks.
