Prof. S.A. Khan was born in Mehkar, Dist. Buldana and had his education at Mahakoshal College, Jabalpur and H.P.T. College, Nasik. He graduated from Poona University and post-graduated in English from Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He was awarded doctorate on Mulk Raj Anand. He taught English Literature at D.N. College, Faizpur, Dist. Jalgaon and Mrs. Kesharbai S. Kshirsagar alias Kaku College, Beed (Maharashtra). At present he is working on “Indianess in Indian English” and writing monographs on various Indian English fictionalists, playwrights and poets.
