About the Author: Linthoi Chanu (Potsangbam Linthoingambi Chanu) is a writer from Manipur. Her area of interest includes Manipuri folklore, legends and mythologies, of which she has experimented with modern retellings for the new generation through various media platforms. She is the author of The Tales of Kanglei Throne (2017); Wari (2019), a collection of short stories; and Wayel Kati: The Quest of the Seven Guardians (2023).

About the Illustrator: Rishita Loitongbam is an illustrator from Manipur, currently pursuing Communication Design at National Institute of Design, Andhra Pradesh. She loves bringing adorable characters to life through her illustrations. In her free time, Rishita enjoys taking aimless walks, humming along to her favourite songs.
