Dr. Komil Tyagi, M.A., B.Ed, M.Phil, Ph.D. works at Research Centre and Post-Graduate Department of English, Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College, Chandigarh since 2008. She has published and presented academic papers in more than 15 international and national peer-reviewed journals, conferences, seminars, and workshops of national and international levels. She has also published chapters in books. She is presently supervising three research scholars pursuing Ph. D. She has worked as a member of organizing committees of three international conferences and more than thirty national level seminars, workshops, and projects. She was the Assistant Editor and Editor in chief of the college magazine Mehr Jyoti and was on the editorial board of UGC Approved Journal- Dialog. She is the recipient of the Commendation Award bestowed by the Chandigarh Administration, Government of India, for her services offered in the field of social work through her NGO.
