Dr M. Parthiban is an Assistant Professor (SG) in the Department of Fashion Technology, PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He holds H-index-5 and ilO index-2 as per Google Scholar Citation and index-3 as per Scopus Database. He has published 36 articles in national and 16 in international journals and has presented ten papers at national and eight at international conferences. He has delivered special lectures in various AICTE/FDP programs organised by other institutions. He has organized a national level technical conference and six national level workshops. He is currently guiding one PhD scholar. He has recently contributed a chapter for the book Handbook of Eco-friendly Materials and is authoring a book on green apparels for Woodhead Publishing India. His area of specialization includes textile finishing, green processing of textiles, functional apparels and denim garment manufacturing.
