She is a widow and has 2 sons, 3 stepsons, 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, all of whom are scattered around the country. Dr. Teti is enjoying her retirement in southwestern New Mexico, with her red healer dog, Xena, and her three cats.

Tracewell, Eli: - Eli Tracewell is an autistic young man with a love for the outdoors, animals, and farming. He also loves to draw. Eli was selected to work on this project because of his love for growing and cultivating vegetables and herbs, his interests in other farming tasks and in animal husbandry. He contributed ideas for the formatting, and the content used in the creation of this book, as well as creating most of the drawings used in the book.
