Palmer, Biraj W.: - Biraj Wayne Palmer has been meditating for over 40 years, since becoming a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda in 1983. Biraj has served the Ananda organization on two continents, and in more than a dozen capacities: educator, dairyman, carpenter, center leader, book salesman, retreat leader, store manager, community organizer, choir director, discussion leader, lecturer, farmer, soloist, and chant leader. He and his wife were founding members of Ananda India, Ananda Pune and Ananda Valley Farm.His previous book was Heart Calls, Soul Answers: Communicating with Your Higher Self. He shares a home in the Palo Alto, California Ananda community with his wife of over twenty years, Lahari Elizabeth Palmer.
