It focuses on the philosophical content of his work and how he connects with his contemporaries and his philosophical heritage. You'll find in-depth critical readings of Badiou's body of work viewed through the lens of a number of important philosophical thinkers and themes, ranging from Cantor and category/topos theory, Lacan and Lautman, through to Sartre and the subject.
