"See God's changeless beauty at the heart of change, and in every good thing."

Changes come in life not to destroy us. They come, rather, to help us grow in understanding and to learn the lessons we must if we are to reach our highest potential.

But how can we embrace change rather than resist its constant presence in our lives? How can we accept and face change with courage and faith when there is so much uncertainty in our world?

This ninth volume, of the Wisdom of Yogananda series, Changes come not to destroy us, rather, to help us grow in understanding and to learn the lessons we must to reach our highest potential. Guided by Yogananda will help you

●Accept change as the reality of life

●Face change in relationships, finances, and health with gratitude

●Cultivate key attitudes like fearlessness, non-attachment, and willpower

●Embrace the changes in our bodies with grace and strength

●Acknowledge death as the "supreme change" in the physical body only

Yogananda will help you tap into the changeless joy of your soul-nature, empowering you to move through life fearlessly and with an open heart.

The Wisdom of Yogananda series features writings of Paramhansa Yogananda not available elsewhere. These books capture the Master's expansive and compassionate wisdom, his sense of fun, and his practical spiritual guidance. The books include writings from his earliest years in America, in an approachable, easy-to-read format. The words of the Master are presented with minimal editing, to capture the fresh and original voice of one of the most highly regarded spiritual teachers of the twentieth century.

Born in India in 1893, Paramhansa Yogananda was trained from his early years to bring India's ancient science of Self-realization to the West. In 1920 he moved to the United States to begin what was to develop into a worldwide work touching millions of lives. Americans were hungry for India's spiritual teachings, and for the liberating techniques of yoga.In 1946 he published what has become a spiritual classic and one of the best-loved books of the twentieth century, Autobiography of a Yogi. In addition, Yogananda established headquarters for a worldwide work, wrote a number of books and study courses, gave lectures to thousands in most major cities across the United States, wrote music and poetry, and trained disciples. He was invited to the White House by Calvin Coolidge, and he initiated Mahatma Gandhi into Kriya Yoga, his most advanced meditation technique.Yogananda's message to the West highlighted the unity of all religions, and the importance of love for God combined with scientific techniques of meditation.
