When discomfort arises in a specific part of the body, corresponding reflex points often appear on the hands. By stimulating these reflex points on the hands, certain health-preserving and therapeutic effects can be achieved, which is known as hand therapy. This book analyzes the latest research advancements in hand diagnosis and hand therapy, as well as the relationship between the method of regulating qi in harmony with seasonal rhythms and hand diagnosis and therapy. From the perspective of the five organs in TCM, it explores the application of hand diagnosis and therapy for diseases related to each organ.
