"I am creative in every single way!"
There's no better time than now to unlock the full potential of our minds. The brain capital of our children-and ourselves-is more valuable than ever. But what exactly is brain capital? It's the powerful combination of brain health and brain skills like curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and resilience that fuels our ability to thrive and flourish.
As parents, teachers, and caregivers, it's essential that we nurture this from the very beginning-and in our own lives, starting now.
This book looks like a children's book, but we call our children's books 'Inner Child' books because our books are meant for adults as well as for children. Our 'Inner Child' books are for anyone who needs to discover, or rediscover, new elements of themselves and to see the power of their brains and creative minds at work within their social and cultural environments.
