Tamara holds a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New York University. She is a Certified Personal & Executive Coach, Certified Cooperative Childbirth Educator, Certified Doula, and Certified Fitness Professional. Tamara is a daughter, mom, and grandmother, deeply rooted in a close-knit family. When she wakes up in the morning her goal is to let her light shine while successfully reaching her goals.
