Mein Buch beschreibt was Mietmutterschaft ist und wen es betrifft. Ich argumentiere, dass Mietmutterschaft eine Menschenrechtsverletzung von Frauen und Kindern ist und weltweit abgeschafft werden muss. In Deutschland, der Schweiz und Österreich ist sie verboten und das muss auch so bleiben. Bei Mietmutterschaft bestellen sich Menschen, die es sich leisten können ein Kind - machen Kinder also zu Objekten - dass einfach so gekauft wird. Durch Mittelmänner finden sie eine Frau, der durch In Vitro-Befruchtung ein Embryo in ihre Gebärmutter transferiert wird. Dazu sind schädliche Hormone nötig. Nach neun Monaten, wenn in ihrem Körper der Embryo zum Kind herangewachsen ist, wird ihr ihr Kind nach einem Kaiserschnitt weggenommen und den sogenannten "Bestelleltern" übergeben. Es hängt völlig von ihnen ab, ob sie dem Kind je erzählen, wer seine richtige Mutter ist. Bei einem schwulen Paar wird zusätzlich immer eine Eizellenlieferantin benötigt. Mit anderen Worten, zwei Frauen werden ausgebeutet. Auch für diesen Vorgang werden gefährliche Hormone benötigt, die die Gesundheit dieser meist jungen Frau sehr gefährden. Bei kommerzieller Mietmutterschaft, die nur in einigen Ländern erlaubt ist (wie z. B. in einigen Teilstaaten der USA, Russland und Ukraine) kostet das viel Geld, aber die Frauen bekommen nur einen kleinen Teil: Der grösste Anteil geht in die Taschen der Mittelmänner. Bei der sogenannten "altruistischen" Mietmutterschaft soll sich eine Frau aus Liebe bereitfinden, für andere Leute wie z. B. unfruchtbare Familienmitglieder, ein Kind auszutragen. Leider endet das oft sehr schlecht und zerbricht Familien. Mietmutterschaft kann als reproduktive Prostitution bezeichnet werden, sowie auch als Kindsverkauf und Handel mit Kindern. Sie widerspricht allen UN-Konventionen und speziell der UN Konvention zum Recht des Kindes.
