Callaghan, Kate: - Kate Callaghan was an Australian holistic nutritionist with over fifteen years in the health and fitness industry. She had featured in many well known publications including Marie Claire and The Huffington Post. She was the author of the popular blog "The Holistic Nutritionist" and the book Holistic Nutrition, which was later released as "Holistic Living".She lived in central Otago New Zealand with her husband and two children.Kate was passionate about health and nutrition.
