Abseits seiner Expertise im Themengebiet Gesundheit, hat er Professionen im Bereich Wirtschaft und Sportunterricht (Tennis- und Fitnesstraining seit mehr als 20 Jahren). Ebenfalls seit rund 20 Jahren beschäftigt er sich privat mit dem Thema der komplementären Gesundheitsförderung und betreibt seit 2012 eine eigene Trainings-Praxis (Schwerpunkt: alltägliche Themen des Bewegungsapparates) in Wien. Er ist weiter Autor von mehr als 20 Ratgebern, Ratgeberserien und Fachbüchern im Bereich Gesundheitsförderung und hält Vorträge, Workshops und Seminare zu diesem Themengebiet.
