Tiefe Einblicke zeigt Männern einen Weg zum erfolgreichen "Frauenversteher" auf, ohne dass sie den Verlust ihrer Männlichkeit fürchten müssen. Bereits im Jahr 1998 kreierte und moderierte Cläre Endemann die erste Talkshow. Neben Talks mit prominenten Gästen gab sie im offenen Chat regelmäßig Tipps in Beziehungsfragen. Bis 2008 betreute und moderierte ihr Team die größten Chats Deutschlands. Sie war maßgeblich an der Idee und Realisierung der ersten deutschen Frauensuchmaschine Bellissima beteiligt. Neben ihrer Moderationstätigkeit leitete Cläre Endemann über 10 Jahre die Abteilung Investor Relation/Public Relations eines börsennotierten Unternehmens. Im Jahr 2008 gründete Sie ihre eigene PR-Agentur. Drei Jahre später schloss sie eine Ausbildung zur ganzheitlichen Ernährungsberaterin ab und machte ihre Leidenschaft für gesunde Ernährung und körperliches Wohlbefinden zum Beruf.
