About The Author

Freeman, Esther: - Esther is a social historian, writer and activist. Since 2015, she's been researching the history of women activists in East London. She works extensively in the community to share these stories through talks, exhibitions and her podcast, Rebel Women.

She lives in East London with her daughter and their mischievous dog, Mac.
