This book, consisting of eighteen volumes, covers a wide range of subjects related to ancient times, including geography, astronomy, history, mythology, meteorology, animals, plants, mineral resources, medicine, religion, and more. It can be regarded as an encyclopedia of ancient social life.

The book records over 5,300 names of mountains, more than 250 names of rivers, over 120 kinds of animals, and more than 50 kinds of plants.

The Classic of Mountains and Seas is like a multicolored gem - no matter which angle you view it from, you will discover something wondrous.
