About The Author

Sanford, Paul H.: - Paul H. Sanford grew up in Plymouth, Connecticut, during the 1950s and 1960s, a time of innocence filled with baseball and local theaters where shows were 25 cents for a double feature. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1966, serving in Vietnam and later instructing young officers at Marine Corps Base, Quantico. Virginia. After going back to college in his 40's, Sanford would later become a board-certified funeral director and embalmer. Struggling with the impact of his combat experiences, he sought therapy and was classified as 100% disabled. Sanford wrote You Can't Kill a Dead Man to preserve his family's history and share his journey, honoring his father's legacy as a decorated World War II veteran.
