This is a story about Peggy and Roger. A young married couple who want to own a home yet have poor credit. One night they discover creative forms of real estate and attend a seminar on lease options. They knew nothing about this before and now are learning everything about this area. You can come along on their ride to discover how you can buy a home with "little, no, or bad credit".

Kevin Dunlap has been in real estate since 2002 when he bought his first investment property. This led him to buy his first apartment complex in 2003. Shortly thereafter he moved from North Carolina to Las Vegas, NV to pursue greater levels of investing. He has flipped homes, bought homes and other multi-family properties through a number of creative methods. In 2004 he did his first lease option and saw the advantages of doing these and created a business out of this where he connected home owner / investors with potential buyer / tenants. He has done hundreds of these types of transactions over the years. In 2012 he obtained his real estate and Realtor's license in NV. Since doing so many lease options or rent to own deals he decided to help would be tenant / buyers with this narrative example of two people who are just embarking on this often misunderstood world.
