Nate Adams is laser focused on solving client problems in his Cleveland-based practice, Energy Smart Home Performance. Through careful diagnosis, design and execution, he and his team solve comfort and health issues at their root. Typically this involves a mixture of air sealing, insulation, and HVAC. Often working at the bleeding edge of Home Performance, Nate's work has been widely published in outlets like The Journal of Light Construction, Healthy Indoors Magazine, GreenTech Media, Green Building Advisor, CleanTechnica, and more. He has spoken at numerous industry conferences. Nate is constantly in search of ways to find out what work and what doesn't. He wrote the first substantive review of a new crop of Indoor Air Quality monitors which have taught him and his team a great deal about how to make client homes healthy and comfortable with nearly instantaneous feedback. This rabid desire to get feedback helps make client homes better. Nate lives in Mantua Ohio with his wife and daughter.
