Flowers, Zachary: - Zachary Flowers was born in Long Island, New York and grew up in Atlanta Georgia. He currently lives in Birmingham Alabama with his wife of two wonderful daughters. He has always enjoyed working with his hands and solving problems earning him the nickname, Zach-of-All Trades. As a lifelong artist and maker, he pursues woodworking, painting, charcoal, and drawing. Zach is often exploring new mediums or avenues to find ways to use his expressive art style and skills to help others. He has served children in the mental health field since 2006. Zach is passionate about helping children and families and has found inspiration through his art and illustration in this work.

Grace, Sophie: - Sophie Grace is a graduate from Grambling State University who has served her community as a social worker and now an elementary school teacher. As a descendant of the Gullah Geechee people from the Low Country in South Carolina, she draws her themes from her community's rich heritage, language, beliefs, and family values. She currently resides in Dallas, TX with her husband Kevin, son Jeremiah and fur baby Kingston. Jamere Dreams is her first published book and will be followed by many more.
