Qorqor the frog lives with his sister Qarqoora, their friends, and family on the eastern bank of the Nile in Luxor. One day, they heard loud musical sounds and incantations coming from the direction of the Luxor Temple and saw people wearing strange clothes. Safwat, Hayam: - Hayam Safwat is an Egyptian children's book illustrator residing in Alexandria, Hayam studied Fine Arts at Alexandria University, in addition to numerous studies in media, education, and child psychology. She has been working in the field of children's literature for more than 10 years, during which she executed more than 80 books for children in collaboration with several publishing houses across the Arab world. Her works employ various techniques, ranging from handwork using gouache and watercolors to digital execution. Many of her books have received awards and nominations in Egypt and the Arab world.
