Konkret liegt der Fokus auf der F�hrungsperson und ihrer individuellen Entwicklung in Bezug auf ihre F�hrungsqualit�t. Im Kern geht es um ein selbst entworfenes Modell, das "K�nigsmodell", welches gute F�hrung mit der Entwicklung der eigenen Pers�nlichkeit und dem holistischen Paradigma verbindet. Dabei wird das Modell durch Quellen aus der Geschichte und theoretische Annahmen aus der F�hrungsforschung, der Psychologie und der Philosophie gest�tzt. Diese Basis wird im ersten Teil, der Theorie, besprochen und dargelegt. Danach folgt das Modell selbst und seine Beschreibung, den dritten Abschnitt bildet der Lebensbezug. Dieser Teil ist ausschlie lich der Kommunikation gewidmet. Dabei wird die Kommunikation an den Prozess der Pers�nlichkeitsentwicklung angeschlossen und damit Wege kommunikativer M�glichkeiten theoretisch wie praktisch aufgezeigt. Die Fragen, die durch die Arbeit f�hren, lauten: - Wie kann gute F�hrung in Zukunft aussehen? - Wie hat sich die F�hrungsforschung entwickelt und was davon ist f�r den holistischen Ansatz relevant? - Welche Formen der Kommunikation k�nnen einen wertvollen Beitrag zu innerem Wachstum und zur Verbesserung der pers�nlichen F�hrung leisten? Diese Arbeit beschreibt einen Weg, F�hrung und Kommunikation auf Basis eines holistischen Paradigmas zu verkn�pfen und m�chte damit einen Beitrag leisten, F�hrungspersonen bei den neuen Herausforderungen einer globalisierten Gesellschaft mit Anspruch auf Nachhaltigkeit zu inspirieren. Die begonnene Zukunft verlangt nach F�hrungskr�fte, die das Beste von sich, f�r sich, die Firma und die Mitarbeiter einbringen wollen.
