Dr. Praveenkumar Mellalli B.Sc., MA., PhD., has ten years of teaching and research experience, including eight years as Assistant Professor in the Department of Studies in Public Administration at the University of Mysore, Mysuru. He has published fourteen research papers. He serves as a visiting faculty at the Karnataka Police Academy, Mysuru, to train police officers of various ranks.He also worked in diverse non-academic fields such as, - Master Trainer in state assembly(MLA) and parliament(MP) election duties; Field Trainer on Indian Census duty. He is also a columnist in few Kannada newspapers and a Life Member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), New Delhi.
