2008 marque un tournant majeur dans l'acitivit� judiciaire de la Cour. 472 d�cisions d�livr�es, ou rendues publiques, en 2008 ont �t� analys�es au cours de la pr�paration du pr�sent volume, ce qui constitue une augmentation sup�rieure � 100% par rapport au nombre de d�cisions rendues au cours de l'ann�e pr�c�dente.
