Diesem Problemkreis widmet sich dieses Buch und untersucht die Frage, ob und wie Mobbingbetroffenen bei der Durchsetzung ihrer Ansprüche Erleichterungen beim Darlegen und Beweisen zugebilligt werden können. Mit Hilfe einer streng dogmatischen und methodischen Vorgehensweise zeigt die Autorin auf, dass unter Beachtung der gesetzgeberischen Wertungen und gesetzlichen Grundstrukturen ein Abweichen vom gesetzlichen Normalfall des Darlegens und Beweisens für Mobbingbetroffene nur bedingt möglich ist.
