Der Autor: Stefan Rothweiler, geboren 1973 in Frankfurt am Main, studierte von 1994 bis 1999 Rechtswissenschaften an den Universitäten Mainz, Paris XII - wo er den Abschluss Magister iuris erwarb - und Frankfurt am Main. Nach dem Zweiten juristischen Staatsexamen arbeitete er von 2002 bis 2007 als Rechtsanwalt in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei in Frankfurt am Main. Seit Anfang 2007 ist der Autor in der Konzernrechtsabteilung eines DAX-Unternehmens tätig.
