Attraverso questo quadro di dialogo e concertazione che � la contrattazione collettiva, gli attori del mondo del lavoro dispongono di uno strumento consensuale per far valere le proprie rivendicazioni e di uno spazio in grado di garantire un clima sociale sereno. Tuttavia, l'evoluzione della contrattazione collettiva in Senegal rimane intrinsecamente dipendente dal susseguirsi dei regimi e dai cambiamenti politici.
