Dr Nima Mersadi Tabari considers the historical, political, and socio-economic roots of the existing frameworks and levels of protection offered to foreign investors. Dr Nima Mersadi Tabari is a lecturer in law at Swansea University's Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law. He is also a visiting lecturer at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London.
