So mu/he eine Diskussion mit anderen Meinungen durch Gegenuber- stellung der ganzen Systeme gefiihrt werden. Dies ist aber eine Aufgabe, sich allein jeweils eine eigene Untersuchung ausfullt. die fur Bezug auf andere Autoren kann nur dann genommen werden, wenn eine Gleichheit der Basis vorhanden ist. Diese Gleichheit der Diskussions- grundlage ist im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaft streng genom men nur bei dem Werk "Juristische Logik" von ULRICH KLUG 1 gegeben. Jedoch wurde versucht, auch an andere Autoren AnschluB zu gewinnen. Die Untersuchung "Logik des Rechts" muB als Ganzes vorgelegt wer- den. Hieraus folgen gewisse Beschrankungen in weniger wichtigen Detail- fragen, die aber den Schwerpunkt der Arbeit in der Entwicklung einer des Rechts bel1iBt. logischen Basis GroBen Dank schul de ich Herrn Professor Dr. GERHARD KEGEL.
