DafUr ist in der Politik yom Naturrecht umso mehr die Rede. Naturrechtliche Axiome spielen eine wichtige Rolle in der ideologischen Auseinandersetzung zwischen den groBen Macht- blacken, sie beherrschen die Debatten Uber 'Grundwerte' und 'unverauBerliche Rechte', sie bestimmen die verfassungspoli- tischen Konflikte und die wissenschaftlichen Diskurse Uber, Legitimationskrisen' und die 'Wahrheitsfahigkeit praktischer Fragen'. Revoltierende Minderheiten agieren im Namen eines 'Naturrechts auf Widerstand', wie es Herbert Marcuse fUr die BUrgerrechtsbewegungen der sechziger Jahre reklamierte (3), Tribunale, internationale Konferenzen und Deklarationen Uber Grund- und Menschenrechte wechseln einander ab, Diktatoren wetteifern in dem BemUhen, sich von unabhan- gen Untersuchungskommissionen ihre Humanitat und Liberalitat bescheinigen zu lassen.
