He is a Founder Head of Department of Library & Information Science of Agra University; IME, Sahibabad; M.M. Modi College, Modinagar. He has served as Director, UIMT, and Chief Proctor/Chief Warden and Development Officer in the SRM Institute of Management and Technology, Modinagar.
