He is the author of books such as Christianity and Buddhism Compared, A manual of Budhism, in its modern development; Eastern Monachism: An account of the origin, laws, discipline, sacred writings, mysterious rites, religious ceremonies; and The Sacred Books of the Buddhists Compared With History and Modern Science.
