About The Author

K.C.S. Ranganayakulu is Hon. Director, PG Department of Business Administration at VRS & YRN College, Chirala, Andhra Pradesh. He has a brilliant academic record. He holds his M.B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Andhra University. He has teaching experience of more than twenty years in Financial Management. He has attended and presented papers at several national and international seminars. Dr. Ranganayakulu is a prolific writer. He has contributed more than two dozen research papers published in reputed journals in India and abroad. He has directed UGC-sponsored national seminar on “Liberalisation and Managerial Challenge”. He is the academic counsellor to M.B.A. programme of IGNOU, Pondicherry and Annamalai University, offered through distance mode. He has authored many books which include Securities, Portfolio and Investment Management; Organisational Behaviour and Dictionary of Investment Management, published by Atlantic Publishers & Distributors (P) Ltd., New Delhi. He has both theoretical and practical knowledge of operations of stock market.
