Mahek Maheshwari hails from Guna, a town in Madhya Pradesh in India. Where he spent his childhood and in the later years he moved to Indore where he a completed CA Intermediate and B.Com from Devi Ahilya University in 2012. After completing LLB from P.G College, Guna in 2018, he enrolled himself as an advocate with State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and started practicing before different Forums and Courts across India. Currently he is practicing in New Delhi before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and various National Forums. He is voracious reader and has keen interest in learning about the ancient texts. His interest of reading about ancient texts and law in India has been blended in his various researches, speeches and presentations. This blend of wisdom, education and legal training can be seen in him into the cases which he represents before the courts. He has appeared and researched in various cases like Ayodhya Ram Mandir, National Herald, Krishna Janmabhoomi, Tirupati Temple Case, Contempt Cases etc. with full his vigour and hard work in this area.
