Baden Henry Powell (1891-1901), later known as Baden Henry Baden-Powell, was an English civil servant in Bengal. He served as a conservator of forests in Punjab, Chief Court Judge in Lahore, and vice-chancellor of the University of the Punjab. Powell was also an accomplished artist and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. His written works covered topics such as land tenure, forest conservation, and Indian law. He received the Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire (CIE) in 1883.
