About The Author

Cassiers, Bruno: - Bruno Cassiers a suivi une formation aux Studios Hergé en 1967 puis y a travaillé en 1970 comme assistant aux décors de Tintin et les Picaros. Il a ensuite entamé une carrière d'auteur et dessinateur, et réalisé de nombreux dessins au cours de voyages en Asie, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient. Par ailleurs, il a enseigné la composition visuelle à l'École supérieure des arts de l'image (alias Le 75) à Bruxelles. Il est l'auteur de contes humoristiques, dont Abélard le kangourou (1973), Le voyage d'Abélard (1974) et Dustam: une storia felice (1981). Quant à L'Égypte dessinée (2012), il s'agit d'un ensemble de dessins et d'aquarelles de monuments égyptiens
