Arrow Against Profane and Promiscuous Dancing is a book written by Increase Mather, a prominent Puritan minister, in 1682. The book is a condemnation of dancing, particularly in the context of the Puritan community in colonial America. Mather argues that dancing is a sinful and immoral activity that leads to promiscuity and other forms of moral decay.
