Prenons garde que sa superbe inutilit� �lectorale et marchande ne nous fasse oublier la culture ! Car si l'on n'a jamais d�fil� dans la rue pour r�clamer un mus�e, un orchestre ou une biblioth�que, leur disparition tarirait la source m�me du lien social et de l'identit� nationale. La vie culturelle devient multipolaire: notre politique culturelle doit apprendre � le devenir. Ni m�moires, ni trait� didactique, ni programme politique ou rapport officiel, cet ouvrage m�le t�moignages, souvenirs et portraits aux analyses critiques et aux propositions (approche culturelle de l'exclusion, m�c�nat d'entreprise, etc...).
