He Served During The Remainder Of The War, And After The Withdrawal Of The French Forces In 1782 Obtained Leave To Remain And Visited The Southern States And Mexico, Peru, And Santo Domingo. He Was Minister To Russia In 1784-89 And To Berlin In 1792.This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
