Donna Reff Shelley, M.D., M.P.H. is a board-certified physician in internal medicine. She received her M.D. from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Shelley was a founding member of the Mt. Sinai Women's Health Program in New York City and served as senior medical editor at Lifetime Medical Television. She now directs a division of the New York City Department of Health.
